NEOGE is a marketplace for renewed (refurbished) electronics operated by 2nds Retrader (2ndss.in), registered office at Office No 11, 3rd Floor, Plot No 624, 5th Main, B.Channasandra, OMBR Layout, Bangalore Karnataka 560043, India, GSTIN 29DFZPK6813N2ZA. This website and its services are offered under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

You must be 18 or older (or use the service under the supervision of a guardian) and provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, resale manipulation, or attempts to interfere with the platform.

• Every device is pre-owned and renewed. Condition is disclosed through our grades — Fair, Good and Excellent — described on each product page. Product photos are indicative of the model, not the exact unit.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST; a GST invoice is issued with every order. “Price when new” comparisons are indicative of the original launch price.
• Each purchase includes a 6-month warranty (see the Warranty Policy) and 7-day returns (see the Refund & Return Policy).
• Stock is limited to individual renewed units; an order may be cancelled and fully refunded if the specific unit fails final pre-dispatch checks.

• Instant quotes are generated from your answers about the device’s condition and are valid for 7 days.
• By selling a device you declare that you are its lawful owner, that it is not stolen, under finance lock, or reported lost, and that you have removed activation locks (e.g. Find My iPhone / FRP) before pickup.
• The final amount is confirmed after physical inspection. If the device differs from your description, we will make a revised offer, which you may accept or decline — declined devices are returned to you at no cost.
• Payment is made after successful inspection, by UPI or bank transfer, normally within 24 hours.
• We data-wipe every purchased device and issue a wipe certificate. Please back up and sign out of your accounts before pickup; we are not responsible for data left on the device.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a purchase or trade-in is limited to the amount you paid or were quoted for the relevant device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

The NEOGE name, logo, site design and content belong to 2nds Retrader (2ndss.in) or its licensors. Product trademarks (Apple, Samsung, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods being sold; NEOGE is not affiliated with these manufacturers.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the IT Rules, 2021, complaints can be raised with our Grievance Officer:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-forum rights, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
