Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? Orders cancel free before dispatch, and a trade-in quote never obligates you to sell.
Cancelling an order
- Before dispatch: cancel from your dashboard or via WhatsApp at no charge. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
- After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled — simply refuse delivery or use the 7-day return window instead (see the Refund & Return Policy).
Cancellations by NEOGE
Rarely, we may cancel an order — if the specific renewed unit fails final pre-dispatch checks, a listing error occurs, or fraud is suspected. You are notified immediately and any payment is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
Cancelling a trade-in
- A quote is an offer, not a commitment — let it lapse after its 7-day validity or cancel it any time before pickup.
- You may decline our revised offer after inspection; your device is returned to you free of charge.
- Once payment for a trade-in is made, the sale is final.
