Shipping Policy

Every order ships free, fully insured, and tracked to your door — metros in 2–3 days, everywhere else in 3–5.
Where and how fast
- Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–3 business days.
- Rest of India: 3–5 business days to any serviceable pincode.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
Free and insured
Shipping is free on every order, with transit insurance included. If a device is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund you in full — you never carry courier risk. Devices ship in tamper-evident, shock-protected packaging.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed at dispatch and mirrored in your dashboard’s order timeline (Placed → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered). Signature or OTP confirmation is required at delivery for devices above ₹10,000.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on orders up to ₹50,000. Please keep the exact amount ready; our courier partners also accept UPI at the doorstep.
Trade-in pickups
Doorstep pickups for trade-ins are free and scheduled at your convenience within your quote’s 7-day validity. Our executive verifies the device against your condition answers at pickup; final inspection happens at our facility.
